Aldur VII, better known as Isosalaa in what little is known about the Vondrak language, is a standard planet orbiting around a common medium-sized star. The whole star system is a perfect example of the standard model, without any unique features. For this reason, it was discovered a long time after the Great Rush started.
The colonization provided to be difficult, as the resident race didn’t want any contact with the humans, and this brought to a full scale war that ended about 300 years after the first contact. Soon afterwards ancient ruins of a long forgotten civilization were found, dated approximately 10,000 standard years before the current civilization. This should have sparked some interest in the planet, but the political instability of that space sector, coupled with its distance from normal trade routes made the archeological interest somewhat limited.
Smugglers are often found trying to seize ancient relics to sell them to more profitable markets, therefore the government (Directorate of Spheres) has set up a specific police force to oppose them.
Some recently-found records seem to indicate that another race was present millions of standard years before the present time, but no further evidence has been found.
