Werner Chang is the current head of Webbergast. While he publicy stated he doesn’t like to discuss his past, he said several times that he came from a distant system and arrived on Aldur after the Cataclism, getting stranded in the process. He then entered Webbergast and quickly began to rise thanks to his incredible skills, accelerating the progress of the group in all activities, also thanks to his mysterious partner, Janell Smen. Within two standard years he got appointed as Chairman thanks to the Council approval and quickly began the rebuilding of large parts of the planet. Some say he’s manipulating the projects for his own agenda, but it’s just a baseless accusation, as he has shown several times that he acts only to help the people of Aldur.
