Dr. Smen is somewhat a mistery: there is little known about her past or her whereabouts. It just seems that she has appeared out of thin air. She refuses to disclose the matter and always skips the medical test, citing “superior orders from Dr.Chang”. She also acts very coldly with everyone, sometimes like she is hiding a strong hatred from something or someone. Despite this (and her apparent lack of emotion) her almost non-stop work coupled with her extraordinary intelligence made Webbergast progress proceed much faster than normal. She is currently working as Dr. Chang’s second in command, supervising the new Exodus project.
