Dr. Sears’ past is well known: she was one of the first halfbreed ever born after the Cataclism, and soon showed to have inherited the better part of both the races. Webbergast noted her incredible qualities and opted to fund her education (though other means were also considered). She was destined to become one of the prominent figures in the Council but after the incident at the Kar-Psara plant she resigned and left without any explanations. Since then she has sabotaged every major Webbergast project. Some of the latest reactivated satellite place her in a small semi-rebuilt town working as a medic. Assuming the information to be correct, she has to be disposed of as soon as possible.
